1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: DripBlaze has no user accounts and does not collect your name, email, or phone number. We collect a minimal anonymous device identifier and the data needed to track credits and reconcile purchases.

DripBlaze does not operate user accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number. To make the paid product (credit-metered AI scoring) work, we generate and store the following minimal information:

Data we do NOT collect. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, government identifiers, social media handles, or any other contact information. We do not require you to create an account or log in.

Photos and outfit data

In Short: Uploaded photos are processed transiently for scoring and are NOT stored, persisted to disk, or written to our database. They are discarded after scoring.

When you upload a photo for scoring, it is read into the application server's memory, processed by the scoring pipeline, and then discarded. We do not save the photo to disk, to our database, or to any long-term storage. We do not retain garment, outfit, colour, fit, or any other visual data extracted from your photo beyond the duration of the scoring request.

As part of the scoring pipeline, the photo is transmitted to OpenAI in the United States for AI analysis. See Overseas processing below.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information. Photos uploaded for scoring may incidentally depict your appearance, but they are not stored — see "Photos and outfit data" above.

Payment Data. If you purchase credits, payment is handled by Stripe. Your payment instrument (card number, expiry, CVC) is collected and stored by Stripe directly — DripBlaze does not see, receive, or store your card details. We receive only the confirmation of successful payment and the metadata needed to reconcile the purchase (transaction ID, amount, pack purchased) against your Device UUID. Stripe's privacy notice: https://stripe.com/au/privacy.

Device storage

DripBlaze uses your browser's local device storage (localStorage) to hold the anonymous Device UUID and app data needed for the Services to work (for example, your current credit balance is mirrored locally for the in-app display). This data is stored on your device only and is read by the app when you use it. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers, or using private/incognito mode will remove this local data and may result in a new Device UUID being generated on next use.

DripBlaze also stores your past scoring results (score, tier, dimension breakdown, outfit description, and the local cropped image used in your history tile) in your browser's local device storage so that the in-app History and Hall of Fame features can show your previous scores. This cached history data resides on your device only — it is not uploaded to our servers and is not part of the data we hold in our database. Clearing your browser data or switching browsers will remove this local history.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes:

By using DripBlaze you consent to your personal information being disclosed to and processed by these overseas recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. How We Process Your Data Using AI

Information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and the relevant AI Service Provider's terms.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: Photos are NOT kept — they are discarded immediately after scoring. Your Device UUID, credit balance, and purchase history are kept while you continue to use the Services, plus the period required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Photos: not retained. Each uploaded photo is processed in memory and discarded once the scoring pipeline completes. No copies are kept by DripBlaze.

Outfit / garment / visual data: not retained. Any feature extraction performed during scoring exists only for the duration of the scoring request.

Device UUID and credit balance: deleted after 24 months of inactivity. If the Device UUID has had no scoring requests or purchases for 24 months, the UUID and its associated credit balance are removed.

Purchase / transaction records: retained for 5 years for financial record-keeping purposes.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store the information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that data has been collected from a person under 18, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete the associated data (Device UUID and any related records) from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at hello@dripblaze.app.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data associated with your Device UUID at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Your Device UUID data

DripBlaze does not operate user accounts. The data we hold about you is associated with your anonymous Device UUID — namely your credit balance and purchase history. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of this data at any time by contacting us at hello@dripblaze.app.

Upon your request to delete the data associated with your Device UUID, we will remove it from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at hello@dripblaze.app.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

10. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may have additional rights based on the country you reside in.
